Jobs @ Twenty

Senior Product Designer
  • San Francisco / New York / Draper, UT
  • Design
  • Full-Time

Twenty® was formed out of a need for today’s always-connected generation to spend more time with friends in real life, instead of through a screen. 30% of Millennials say they're lonely. 22% say they don't have a single friend. Our mission is to increase human connection by making it easier to make plans and meet up. Instead of measuring the time our users spend in-app, our most important KPI is how often Twenty friends get together.

Twenty users can see which friends are around, what they are doing, discover nearby events, and coordinate plans to meet up. Privacy is at the core of the Twenty experience and users are able to choose when and with whom they share.

Our strategic partners, Live Nation, Endeavor (formerly WME/IMG), Roc Nation, TAO Group and DJ Khaled, believe Twenty’s technology is fundamentally changing the way their fans discover and experience events. Arianna Huffington and Rande Gerber recently joined the Company’s Board of Directors. With over 2 million users & 30 team members, Twenty has offices in San Francisco, New York, and Utah.

Design and user experience are at the forefront of everything we do. We want you to join our team to build and enhance the Twenty experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design user interface and user experience that delights users
  • Maintain and push the highest design standard and quality throughout the app
  • Take complex tasks (like figuring out who's down to meet up!) and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for millions of people
  • Contribute to early product concept definition
  • Partner with the product team to craft the Twenty roadmap and user experience
  • Create elegant design solutions, paying attention to the smallest details
  • Collaborate with other Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process
  • Create user flows and wireframes, building high fidelity user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them
  • Present concepts, prototypes, and high fidelity designs in product team sparring sessions
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates

You will bring a mix of impactful visual aesthetic with an ability to understand how to make a complex product feel simple and intuitive.
